The latter can be assigned to reps and grouped into routes. Saved orders, invoices, and credits can be quickly located and printed together with the supplier’s details for stock on consignment. Using the route management, planning and delivery functions, users can allocate multiple orders into optimised routes based on location, weight and other relevant factors. This component also includes an advanced reporting facility. FenyaEDI retail integration: This component of our dispatch solution helps users cope with large order volumes from multiple clients. Client orders from Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Dischem and others can be collected using the electronic data interchange function. These orders can then be arranged into routes using the order pad, after which the invoice details can be transmitted to update an accounting system. FenyaEDI supply chain integration: This distribution software component forms part of the overall dispatch solution and provides a secure means to sync your data with your suppliers’ records on a per-invoice basis. Mobile sales: This last component is designed to help reps who conduct sales in the field and consists of an Android smartphone application that integrates directly with the order pad system. The link enables customer and inventory master data to be synced automatically from the order pad to the app. In addition, a tracking feature can monitor rep performance and location.
